Logging in to Casiny is straightforward when everything works. When it does not, the reasons are usually specific and fixable, and a few of them need a support ticket rather than another attempt at the password field.
This guide covers the login screen itself, two-factor authentication, password recovery, the three-attempt account lock, and the situations where a login failure is deliberate rather than a fault.

Casiny login at a glance
- The login field accepts either your email address or your username, so you do not need to remember which one you registered with.
- Passwords are a minimum of 8 characters. Usernames are set once at registration, at 6 to 15 characters.
- There is a self-service Forgot password? link on the login screen.
- Three incorrect attempts will lock your account for security, and only support can clear it.
- Two-factor authentication is available by authenticator app or email. Casiny marks the authenticator app as the recommended option.
- Casiny identifies and contacts you through your Registered Email Address, so access to that inbox matters as much as your password.
- Only one account per person is permitted. If you cannot log in, opening a second account is the wrong fix and risks closure of both.
- Casiny publishes email support only. There is no published live chat or telephone line.
Casiny Login Across Official Website Addresses
If you previously registered through Casiny1.com or Casiny.com, you do not need to create another account. These are Casiny mirror websites, so your existing account details remain valid when you use the current Australian website.
Casiny allows one account per person, so creating another account is unnecessary. Simply use the same email address and password you originally registered with.
Here is how the official Casiny website addresses currently work
| Address | What happens now | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Casiny1.com | Previous Casiny official website address ; redirects to Casiny3.com | Nothing. Follow the redirect and log in as normal |
| Casiny3.com | Current Casiny website for Australia | Log in here |
| Casiny.com | Active Casiny website | Your login still works here |
In short: if you registered through Casiny1.com, you can now access your account through Casiny3.com using the same login details. Casiny.com also remains active, so there is no need to create a separate account.
If you cannot access your account, do not register again. Make sure you are using an official Casiny website address and contact support if you need help recovering or accessing your existing account.
What you need before you log in
Two credentials and one inbox.
Your email address or your username. Casiny’s login field is labelled Email or Username and accepts either. That is more forgiving than it looks: if you registered a while ago and cannot recall the username you chose, your email address will get you in. Usernames themselves are set at registration and run to between 6 and 15 characters.
Your password. Minimum 8 characters. Casiny’s terms ask you to keep it confidential, change it regularly and never disclose it to anyone.
Access to your Registered Email Address. This is the address you gave at registration. Casiny’s terms are explicit that this is how the operator identifies and communicates with you, that keeping it secure is your responsibility, and that an account whose email address is unreachable will be suspended until a working address is supplied. Password recovery and email two-factor codes both depend on it.
One point worth knowing before you need it: Casiny’s FAQ states that account information cannot be changed after registration, and that any change has to go through customer service. That is a stricter policy than many Australian players will be used to, and it is worth getting your details right at sign-up rather than after.
How to log in to your Casiny account
- Open the Casiny website.Use the login button on this page, or go to the current offical website Casiny3 directly in your browser.
- Select Log In.The login control opens a panel headed Welcome Back rather than loading a separate page.
- Enter your email address or username. The field is labelled Email or Username and either will work.
- Enter your password.Watch for caps lock and for a trailing space if you pasted it. Casiny’s own FAQ names those two as the usual causes of a failed login.
- Complete two-factor authentication if you have enabled it.Enter the code from your authenticator app or your email.
- If the details are rejected, stop after the second attempt.Casiny returns Invalid email or password without telling you which field was wrong. Use the recovery link rather than spending your third attempt guessing.
Two-factor authentication on your Casiny account
Casiny offers two-factor authentication(2FA) in two forms, and it is not neutral about which one you should pick.
| Method | How it works | Casiny’s position |
|---|---|---|
| Authenticator app | Time-based codes from an app such as Authy, 1Password or Google Authenticator | Marked as the recommended option |
| A unique code sent to your Registered Email Address | Offered, but not marked as recommended |
The reasoning behind that recommendation is worth spelling out. An emailed code is only as secure as the inbox it lands in, and that same inbox is also the recovery route for your password. Compromise the email account and both protections fall at once. An authenticator app breaks that dependency, because the codes are generated on your device and never travel through your mail.
Two practical points:
- Save your recovery information somewhere other than the phone generating the codes. If you lose that device with no backup, recovery goes through support.
- Casiny’s terms hold you responsible for all activity on your account, including access by a third party, whether or not you authorised it. Two-factor authentication is the cheapest protection against that clause working against you.
Why your Casiny login is not working
Casiny’s published FAQ and terms account for most login failures. In order of how often they apply:
| What is happening | Why | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Correct details rejected | Caps lock, or a space pasted with the password | Retype both fields by hand. Do not paste |
| Rejected after three tries | The account has locked automatically | Contact support. Waiting will not clear it |
| Page will not load or the site looks broken | Firewall or antivirus interference, or stale cookies and cache | Disable the firewall or antivirus temporarily, clear cookies and browsing history, restart the device |
| Still failing after a cache clear | Out-of-date browser | Update the browser to the current version and try again |
| Site unreachable entirely | Scheduled maintenance | Casiny advises contacting customer service for confirmation |
| Self-Exclusion option is ON, logging in is impossible | An active self-exclusion is blocking access by design | See the section below. If you did not set it, contact support immediately |
| Login accepted, but wagering or withdrawals blocked | Verification outstanding | Complete KYC. Casiny may restrict account options until documents are received |
The three-attempt lock. Casiny’s FAQ is direct about this: the system permits three incorrect username or password attempts, after which it locks the account for security and you have to contact the customer service team. There is no published self-service unlock and no documented waiting period that releases it. Because the error message does not say which field was wrong, a third guess is rarely worth the risk. Use the recovery link instead.
How to recover or change your Casiny password
There is a Forgot password? link on the login panel, leading to a recovery step where you enter your email address and Casiny sends you a message to reset from. For a straightforward forgotten password, that is the route to use, and it is faster than contacting support.
One documented exception is worth knowing about in advance. Casiny’s FAQ addresses changing a password while the account still holds money, and states that the operator carries out an information verification process and then sends the new password. If you are sitting on a balance, expect an identity check in the middle of the process rather than an instant reset.
Either way:
- Work from your Registered Email Address. Recovery mail goes there, and support requests from any other address will not be actioned.
- Check spam before retrying. Repeated failed logins in between will move you closer to the three-attempt lock.
- Confirm the address on file is still one you can reach. An unreachable Registered Email Address is itself grounds for suspension under Casiny’s terms.
- Set a password of at least 8 characters that you have not used on another site.
An honest observation: where a password is issued to you by email rather than chosen by you on screen, the security of your inbox is doing most of the work. That is Casiny’s documented process for funded accounts, not our recommendation of it, and it is a further argument for enabling app-based two-factor authentication.
Logging in on a phone or tablet
Casiny runs in a mobile browser and the login panel is the same one used on desktop, so the steps do not change.
Two things help on a phone specifically:
- Autocorrect and caps lock cause more failed logins on phones than on desktop. Since the login field accepts your email address, using that is often safer than typing a username your keyboard may try to correct.
- If you use email-based two-factor authentication, keep the login tab open and switch to your mail app rather than closing the browser, so you do not lose the session while fetching the code.
Casiny does not publish detail about a downloadable native application, so this page does not make a claim either way. If that matters to you, ask support before installing anything carrying the brand name.
Keeping your Casiny account secure
Casiny’s terms place most of the security burden on the account holder, so it is worth knowing exactly what they ask.
- Keep your password confidential, change it regularly and never share it.
- Log out at the end of each session. This is written into the terms, not just good practice.
- Protect your Registered Email Address. Casiny treats it as your identity. If it is compromised, so is the recovery path for your account.
- Report suspected misuse immediately. If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else or your password has been discovered, Casiny asks you to notify them at once, and states it will suspend the account as soon as it is aware. Until it does, you remain responsible for the activity.
- Never open a second account. Casiny permits one account per person, and its terms provide for immediate closure where multiple accounts are found, including accounts opened by relatives or associates on your behalf. If you are locked out, contact support instead.
- Expect a verification request. Casiny may require a government-issued photo ID and a proof of address no older than six months before you withdraw, and may restrict account options until they are supplied. Its KYC Policy states that review takes up to 3 business days.
When you cannot log in on purpose
Not every failed login is a fault. Several situations block access by design, and knowing which one applies saves a wasted support ticket.
Self-exclusion. Casiny returns a specific message here: Self-Exclusion option is ON, logging in is impossible. The account is disabled for the duration and no password will open it. Casiny’s terms describe self-exclusion as an email to support from your Registered Email Address, taking effect within 24 hours. Its Responsible Gambling page sets out periods of 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 5 years or permanent. Exclusions of six months or more are reinstated only after a documented confirmation process, followed by a 3-day cooling-off period before reactivation. Self-exclusion applies across all brands under the licensee.
Casiny attaches a warning to that same message that is worth taking seriously: if you did not activate self-exclusion yourself, your account may have been compromised, and you should contact the support team straight away.
Account closure. A closed account cannot be reopened by logging in. Closure is requested by email from your Registered Email Address.
Suspension by the operator. Casiny’s terms allow it to close or suspend an account for a suspected breach of the terms, or for other reasonable grounds, and it may not always be able to give notice first. Providing false or inaccurate personal information is called out specifically as immediate grounds.
Age verification. Where Casiny suspects an account holder is or was under 18, the account is suspended while the matter is investigated.
If your balance is stranded. Casiny’s terms cover this case directly: where you want to withdraw but the account is inaccessible, dormant, locked or closed, contact the customer service department. A locked account does not mean forfeited funds.
Where to write: contact Casiny at [email protected], using the Registered Email Address on your account. Include your username and a clear description of the problem.
Casiny login FAQ
Do I log in to Casiny with my username or my email address?
Either. Casiny’s login field is labelled Email or Username and accepts both, so a forgotten username is not a barrier as long as you know the email address you registered with. Usernames are chosen once at registration and run to between 6 and 15 characters. Your Registered Email Address is also the destination for password recovery and email two-factor codes.
How many times can I get my Casiny password wrong?
Three. Casiny’s FAQ states that the system allows three incorrect username or password attempts, after which it locks the account for security and you have to contact customer service. There is no published self-service unlock and no waiting period that clears it. Since the error message does not reveal which field was wrong, use the recovery link after a second failure rather than risking the third.
My login details are correct but Casiny will not let me in. What now?
Casiny attributes this most often to caps lock or an unwanted space, so retype both fields by hand instead of pasting. If that fails, Casiny’s FAQ advises closing firewall and antivirus software, deleting cookies and browsing history, and restarting the device, then updating your browser to the latest version if the problem persists.
How do I reset my Casiny password?
Use the Forgot password? link on the login panel and enter your email address to receive recovery instructions. One documented exception applies: where the account still holds money, Casiny’s FAQ states it carries out an information verification process and then sends you the new password, so expect an identity check rather than an instant reset. Passwords must be at least 8 characters.
Does Casiny support two-factor authentication (2FA)?
Yes, by authenticator app or by email, and Casiny marks the authenticator app as the recommended option. It works with apps such as Authy, 1Password or Google Authenticator. The app method is stronger because it does not depend on your email inbox, which is also the recovery route for your password. Given that Casiny’s terms hold you responsible for all account activity including unauthorised access, it is worth enabling.
Can I log in to Casiny on my phone?
Yes. Casiny runs in a mobile browser and the login panel is the same one used on desktop, so the steps do not change. On a phone keyboard, entering your email address is often safer than a username that autocorrect may alter, and it matters because you only get three attempts before the account locks.
Should I register again if I cannot get into my account?
No. Casiny permits one account per person and its terms provide for immediate closure where multiple accounts are found, including those opened by relatives or associates on your behalf. Contact support to recover the original account instead. This applies even if your account is locked, dormant or closed, and a locked account does not mean your balance is forfeited.
Why does Casiny say self-exclusion is on when I did not set it?
Casiny’s own guidance is that if you did not activate self-exclusion yourself, the account may have been compromised, and you should contact support immediately rather than trying again. If you did set it, access stays blocked for the full period. Exclusions run 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 5 years or permanently, and six months or longer requires a documented confirmation process plus a 3-day cooling-off period before reactivation.
Do I need to create a new account if I registered on Casiny1.com?
No. Casiny1.com now redirects to Casiny3.com, so you can continue using the same email address and password you originally registered with. There is no need to create a second account. If you have trouble logging in, contact Casiny support for help accessing your existing account
Can I still use Casiny.com if I already have an account?
Yes. If you registered through Casiny.com, you can continue using your existing login details. You do not need to create a new account for Casiny3.com.
18+ only. Gambling should be entertainment, not a source of income. Terms, eligibility requirements and promotion conditions apply. If gambling stops being fun, Casiny offers self-exclusion via [email protected].
